With over 15 years of experience in top executive roles, I founded Pecas Consulting to bring clarity and competitiveness to business operations. I began my career by building one of the largest books of business in South Florida and then joined one of the top teams in Manhattan. My clientele ranged from small family businesses to some of the largest enterprises in the country, including hard-to-place clients like trade contractors and diplomats.
My extensive experience includes building my own business from the ground up, effectively leading support teams, and managing both direct client and business-to-business relationships. This background has provided me with insider knowledge across various industries, allowing me to offer valuable insights and practical solutions.
